Do I need to empty dresser drawers?
Usually no. We shrink-wrap dresser drawers so clothes stay put and furniture is protected. Exceptions include:
Very heavy or delicate furniture that could stress joints if loaded full
Drawers containing loose breakables, liquids, or valuables (please remove these)
When in doubt, ask—we’ll advise on the safest approach for your specific piece.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We operate under U.S. DOT 3876006 | MC 1420524 and carry up to $1M in coverage for truck, equipment, and cargo. That means your move is handled by a regulated carrier with verifiable credentials. If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), let us know and we’ll provide it.
Can I get a virtual estimate?

Do I have to be home on moving day?
Not required. Many customers approve the plan ahead of time and let us execute it end-to-end. We can coordinate access with a lockbox, leasing office, or building manager and provide updates throughout the day. If you’ll be off-site, we’ll confirm room labels, placement preferences, and contact info for any quick decisions.
